So, what are you angry about? Do you know? Various problems are occurring here. Each time, I find blame in other, even though I am conscious of my blame, I still moved by the anger. In-fact more closely put, My rollercoaster goes high and low, when I am in the low end, anger always happens inevitably. And my mind goes to search why I created like this and it brings out some solution as well. May be I am finding the reason is the cause or illusion which is playing out? I have recently noticed this. When you have written to me 'cause is made to justfy the effect', I suspect this is what actually happening. The difficulty is that you're thinking linearly about a supposed process that is decidedly non-linear. You cannot use observed results to confirm cause when 'cause' is actually created so as to 'justify' 'effect'. The 'feeling' in you comes about as a result of an event that comes about in your perceived future. Perceived event... feeling created in the 'past' to justify your cause/effect story. All this trickery is possible because there honest to God is no temporal flow in actuality. Time is an illusion. It is, itself, a creation. Being conscious of your blame doesn't stop the blame. What stops it is knowing that there is nobody to blame.

I think it's impossible for one to do.

Why would you accept it if you think somebody is to blame? If I can accept their behavior, then I wouldn't find the blame, eh? What I mean by 'nobody to blame' is that ultimately nobody is responsible for what they do. Do you understand what I'm saying.

You beleive or not, I perfectly know that fact that nobody is responsible for what's happening but still blaming is arising. Actually in my case, I always try to adjust the pleasure side of the roller coaster when it goes too high and low, could that be the reason still my rollercoaster is unstable?

Explain to me the logic that makes it possible for you to blame when you know nobody is to blame. I find it, quite literally, impossible to do.

Are you asking me the situation in which I find people to blame?
